PHILOMENA LIFE STORY NUGGETS part one

Being born in a family of 10 children (3 men 7 women) and me being the last born..
I observed Alot ,from mother struggle’s with her 10 kids ,My father not present,my father taking another wife ,Us not getting enough food to satisfy our hunger fully, eating alots of boiled foods and eating plain maize at times.
I still remember the hunger I felt at times .
My mom’s Massive prayers, pain and cries at night.

But all our live’s changed when our big brother went abroad and life became loveable, livable and enjoyable.
My Mom is an Iron Lady Raising 10 kids is no joke.

And we are all here the 10of us 😄 healthy , wealthy and intelligent becouse of my Mom.
She was a Lower primary teacher,
Her name was known and still remembered ,feared and spoken
by all ,the famous “Lioness Mrs .Njore” .

She values the, church,education loyalty and honesty ,which she instilled in all of us, lovingly
Forcefully ,and firmly.

I am where I am because of my Mom’s tough Love and pressure to excel , My grandfather’s wise words (“”As long us your not hurting anyone and NO one is crying becouse of you , enjoy your life ,live your life as you want too, tradition is Long gone , forget about humanly non existant curses, and Only put your trust in The Almighty not tradition.””)
My sister chasing me out to start my life after highschool.
Plus all the worldwide experience I have hard ,” asiye funzwa na mamaye hufunzwa na ulimwengu”
All of this has made me an iron lady like my mom and I thank all who took part in making me who I am today.

In my family Mental illness is there but we always find away to battle it all ,from leukemia, Cancer just to mention but a few.
We have lost two of our own our second born brother from a road accident.
And our eldest sister from Leukemia.
Plus not forgetting the legendary Mr.Njore our father and his second wife .
All in all LIVE YOUR LIFE HONESTLY , LOVING AND TRUE TO YOURSELF.
And live your life as you want it not as others want you to.
